About A Good Day for a Cupcake
Hello! I'm Elizabeth, Head Cupcake, CCO (Chief Creative Officer) and the owner here at A Good Day for a Cupcake. I'm a stay at home mom to 5 crazy kiddos and A Good Day for a Cupcake is one way I stay creative and working while at home.
It all started with play-dough! While sculpting with my son I wanted to do something creative that paralleled what he was doing while not making more dough balls and snakes! So I began making polymer clay stitch markers. I then decided to expand into knitting needles and crochet hooks. I love making things in miniature and creating new ideas is so much fun!
From there I began dyeing yarns both hand painted and kettle dyed in a variety of weights and styles. Fiber and color are two of my passions so creating something beautiful for you to work with is a real treat! Custom orders are welcome for personal use as well as wholesale to yarn stores.
